Oh man, where do I even start with this one? So, get this: there’s this soccer RPG I’ve been dying to get my hands on, and guess what? Yup, delayed. Not by like six months or anything, just shy of three months. It was supposed to hit us on August 21, but now… well, you know how it goes.
And why, you ask? Apparently, they need more time for voice stuff. Like, picture someone in a tiny booth trying to bark out lines in fifty different languages or something. Crazy, right? They’re really pushing for the whole “everyone’s included” vibe. Not sure if I’m impressed or just tired thinking about it.
Anyway, there’s this 14-minute-ish video on Level-5’s YouTube. You should check it out. Or not. It’s one of those deep dives into what and why they’re doing stuff. I started watching, then got distracted… because life, am I right?
But hey, let’s be real. Delays are annoying, but if it means a better game, then a few more months of twiddling my thumbs don’t seem that bad. November 13 is the new date to circle on the calendar. Fingers crossed that they stick to it this time. You’ll see Inazuma Eleven: Victory Road rolling out on everything from PS5 to PC via Steam. How’s that for making sure everyone gets a piece of the pie?
So, here’s my million-dollar question: Are you bummed out about the delay? Or could you care less? Do videos of people yammering on for fourteen minutes even help? I don’t know. Drop your thoughts somewhere. Let’s chat — or rant — together!
