Sure, let me give this a go:

Okay, so here’s the deal—there’s this new collection out, Irem Collection Volume 3. It’s got this wild bunch of old-school arcade games. I mean, seriously, they’re like from the late 80s and 90s. Back when neon was cool and shoulder pads were… well, huge. Remember those days? Yep, me neither.
Anyway, here we go. First up, there’s Mr. Heli. Cute, right? It’s one of those “cute ’em ups.” Never got why they called them that. Maybe it’s ’cause they’re like all colorful and stuff. You’re this helicopter with legs. Yeah, legs. And you sort of wander around blasting stuff. Multidirectional, too. Weirdly addictive.
Then we have Mystic Riders from ‘92. You’re riding broomsticks and dodging sky turtles. What?! Sky turtles! And, let me tell you, this game makes it feel like you’re dodging raindrops in a thunderstorm while juggling flaming batons. Quite the visual, ain’t it? Forget realism.
Oh, and Dragon Breed’s running in here too. This one’s got dragons. Big fire-breathing dudes. They’re not your typical pets, alright? Imagine if R-Type was a fantasy trip. Yeah, that crazy.
Now, they’ve packed in some extras for folks who didn’t waste entire vacations feeding quarters into these machines, ’cause guess what? These games were like designed to just eat your money. Savage, I know. But now, you can tweak difficulty, remap controls, and do other nifty stuff. There’s this autofire thing too. Perfect for when you’re too lazy—or, I mean, tired—from hitting buttons like a mad person.
Oh, speaking of tweaks, they’ve got save and rewind options, just in case you’re about to get clobbered by some boss monster. Trust me, you’ll need this. Saves you from screaming at the screen like a banshee.
And about visuals—there’s this bunch of filters. Make your screen look like those old CRT monitors if you’re into that. Or mess with color palettes. Go wild! Why not?
Also, there’s a leaderboard now. So when you finally beat your cousin’s high score, you can brag about it to the whole world. Or at least, you know, the five other people playing.
Anyway… wait, where was I? Oh yeah, check it out on Xbox One or the Series X|S. ‘Cause, you know, these treasures have been sort of hidden until now and they’re practically begging to be played. There’s also Volume 1 and 2 if you’re in the mood for more retro goodness.
So, take a trip back into the golden age of arcades. Or at least, get a feel for it. Sometimes messy, sometimes magical. Just like the good old days.
