Bridge Constructor Studio Launches on PC VR & PlayStation

Oh man, so there’s this game called Bridge Constructor Studio that just dropped for PC VR, PlayStation VR, and PS VR2. It’s kinda cool, made by ClockStone Studio — you might know them from LEGO Bricktales? Anyway, it’s published by Headup. This thing was on Quest as a “limited time only!” thing last December — so dramatic. Now it’s rolled out to pretty much all the big screens. And yeah, you can do the VR thing on PC and PlayStation, too. Weird that it’s the first VR version since the series started way back in 2011.

So, the whole idea is you’re dealing with this 70-puzzle campaign, right? Imagine playing around with these little 3D dioramas of bridges. You get to mix and match stuff like wood, steel, concrete, roads — whatever floats your boat. No limits on how much you spend, though if you’re thrifty, there are some goodies in it for you. Honestly, my mind wandered thinking about how they’d look in real life — sticking out like a sore thumb maybe?

You’ve got five different biomes to mess around in. Picture snowy canyons and valleys, all that snowy jazz. Vehicles? Oh, there’s a mix, from heavy transporters to pizza vans. Made me hungry thinking about pizza right now. And hey, you get five profile slots, so you don’t have to worry about your little brother messing up your progress while he’s busy building something that’ll collapse anyway.

It’s live on Steam, GOG, EGS, PlayStation, and even Meta Quest. OH! But there’s a catch — mixed reality is only for Quest 3. So, if you’re into that, tough luck unless you’ve got the right gear. Life’s full of surprises, right?
