Okay, so…yeah, guess what, right? There’s more madness coming from the Monster Hunter camp. Today, another piece in the totally unending saga of Monster Hunter got revealed. We’re talking Monster Hunter Stories, part three. Got it? Anyways, the first two Stories, oh man, they were these funky mixes of upbeat (ish) with this sudden dip into the deep end. Now, seems like the third one’s planning to dive bomb into that deep end even faster. Boom.
Honestly, trying to wrap my brain around what Capcom’s laid out is like herding cats. Maybe better let their own words do the talking. (Less chance of me getting it all jumbled probably.)

*“So, uh, here we go with this new saga where you somehow, I dunno, jump on monsters and fly away! Monster Hunter Stories 3: Twisted Reflection—that’s the fancy title. Anyway, it’s this mash-up of dice-rolling and story stuff.
And then, get this—there’s these twin Rathalos—kind of like dragon-y creatures?—who stir things up big time. Two nations, Azuria and Vermeil, ready for a throwdown. You—you hero person—are the future king (or queen?) of Azuria. And somehow you ride these Rathalos. Then—wham—just when chaos is the vibe, and weird things are happening all over, you get shoved off on this epic trip past this place called Meridian to hunt down answers or destiny or whatever.”*

Oh, fun fact—Monster Hunter Stories 3: Twisted Reflection is gonna hit Switch 2, Xbox Series, PC, PS5. But, who knows exactly when? Sometime in 2026 is as precise as they’re getting.
