Okay, picture this: Nintendo just dropped this kinda funky trailer for Drag x Drive. It’s about eight minutes long—yeah, I watched the whole thing. And guess what? It’s happening right before they roll out this crazy Global Jam demo thing on the 9th and 10th of August 2025. So, mark your calendars, or don’t. I’m not your boss.
Now, if you didn’t catch the Nintendo Direct: Nintendo Switch 2 thing, let me fill you in. Drag x Drive is this fresh new three-on-three sports game, and you don’t even use a traditional controller. Nope, it’s all about using mouse controls with the Joy-Con 2, which sounds like a recipe for chaos. You steer, you speed up, you do flips, and oh, you can dunk too? Like, I didn’t see that one coming.
Anyway, I dived into it, got my hands on the game, and yeah, it was a wild ride. Imagine this: totally unexpected and a bit bonkers. Thing is, I still have way too many questions buzzing around my head. You know, like when you finish a movie, and you’re kinda like, “Wait, what just happened?” The controls? Surprisingly slick, much to my shock. But I can’t shake the worry—will enough people get on board, or will this just kinda fizzle out?
And hey, if you’re still with me, Drag x Drive is hitting the Nintendo eShop globally for the Switch 2 on August 14, 2025. Save the date, or don’t. Again, I’m not your calendar.
So there’s this overview trailer too. Oh, was I supposed to explain that? I dunno, check it out on YouTube. Or maybe don’t, if you’re not into trailers. But, seriously, why’d it stick with me? I dunno. Just one of those things.
