In exciting news for PlayStation enthusiasts and lovers of vibrant, imaginative gameplay, Astro Bot snagged the prestigious Game of the Year award at the BAFTAs last night. It managed to outshine impressive titles like Helldivers 2 and Balatro, capturing the hearts of the judges.
But Astro Bot didn’t stop at just one accolade. This delightful game also scooped up several other awards, including wins for Audio Achievement, Animation, Family, and Game Design. This triumph follows its earlier victory at The Game Awards last year, where it emerged as Game of the Year amidst a fiercely competitive 2024 lineup.
