Speaking of tweaks, they’ve sorted out the aim down sights issue that had folks moving slower than molasses while trying to stay stealthy.
Oh, and remember the start of Season 3 Reloaded on May 1? Verdansk got some facelifts like the gnarly Train Station with its entrances galore. And hey, that TF 250-X motorbike from Rebirth Island? Yup, cruising through Verdansk now. We even got new shiny things to chase—like the High Value Loot Zones and contracts. “Big Game Bounty,” anyone? Also, there’s some cool loot like that “Fired Up” operator skin, which totally reminds me of Seth Rogen for some reason. Must be the hair.
Fast forward a bit. So, this update extends the High Art bash until May 22 at an odd 10 a.m. PT or, for the East Coasters, 1 p.m. ET. It was slated to wrap up on May 15, but nah, let’s give folks an extra week of mayhem. Post-event, goodies like the Ladra Submachine Gun find a snug spot in the Armory.
Now, onto the quirks they ironed out. Apparently folks were like, “Why can’t I aim properly when I’m all crouched?”—and boom, that’s fixed. Ranked Play also ditched Fire Sale for Restock in Public Events, and they clamped down on emotes. Guess someone got a bit too expressive and it tipped the scales.
Lastly, in the land of bugs, revive times were running on island time or something—way too long. But fear not, that headache’s sorted, along with issues in the Prestige menu and those obnoxiously endless operator voice-overs. Yeah, no one needs to hear that repeatedly.
